YD61PINTA 05REICHEL PUGH 72' SLOOP LAUNCHED 2006 The Reichel Pugh 72; Pinta was commissioned by a performance-oriented owner with a remarkable family history of racing lineage.Designed first and foremost to be an outstanding performer in Mediterranean conditions, Pinta is constructed from Carbon Fibre and Nomex. This ensures lightweight characteristics and complements a hull shape that contributes to a swift and agile, yet comfortable and robust ride. In construction, the most advanced concepts of pre-preg carbon fibre materials were used, resulting in a hull, deck and structure that meets the high standard that all racing yachts from the drawing board of Reichel Pugh are renowned for. Pinta was shipped to Europe where it joined the summer race circuit. |
