LUCA BRENTA 74' SLOOP LAUNCHED 2000

From the design office of Luca Brenta, Paikea was built for speed, comfort and simplicity at sea. Constructed for an Italian client and launched in 2000, this 74’ superyacht has easily achieved all of these goals.

Her interior is both functional and comfortable with accommodation for up to ten people. Finished in English Tawa and heavily influenced by modern Italian styling she is a boat that draws attention at all ports of call.

Constructed in E-glass, epoxy, foam and carbon her hull once again demonstrates Yachting Development’s skill and expertise in fabricating superyachts in advanced composite materials.

Featuring a non-overlapping headsail and a fully battened main flown on a carbon rig, Paikea has an excellent all round sailing performance and is easily handled by a crew of two or three people.

Paikea remains one of the most graceful yachts we have ever built.
