BLISS
DUBOIS 121' SLOOP
LAUNCHED 2009
Bliss is a performance cruising sloop from the design board of Dubois Naval Architects, sporting a striking black hull, burnt orange pinstripe, her sleek exterior styling incorporates a low profile pilothouse and distinctive white heat reflective painted decks.
Built by Yachting Developments to comply and exceed stringent GL & MCA class survey requirements, Bliss’s composite construction is incredibly strong yet delivers a weight saving of approximately 25% over traditional boatbuilding materials. The hull structure is post cured epoxy Carbon fibre/Eglass utilising high strength foam sandwich technology.
Bliss is lively, her sailing performance is outstanding, a yachtsman’s yacht. Much of her speed is attributed to her weight-saving hull giving increased stability and improved power to weight ratio. The deep high aspect carbon fibre rudder has direct quadrant non assisted steering providing absolute feedback to the helmsman.
The bold interior cabinetry was hand crafted by Yachting Developments in-house specialist tradesman. The exceptional high level of interior finish is the same throughout the vessel including all crew areas. Engine room, galley and crew areas are well presented, spacious and functional.
